Some of these demonstrate how you can interrupt the composing to hear what it has done so far, and modify the arrangement while it's composing and/or playing and so on, though it's tricky trying to demonstrate everything in a single video. (The number of videos here is overkill while trying to get one just right, but here's a bunch anyway.)
The audio that's embedded in these MP4 videos is not in stereo, but the MIDI files that SongSprouter produces are in stereo.
When the next one says "composed in 20 seconds", it's reporting the amount of time in the last composing segment after interrupting it. That has been fixed to report the total composing time.
