The site provides links to HOA Web sites, to local, state and federal government agencies, relevant publications, and private organizations promoting human rights and social justice. As homeowner associations have largely developed without any concern for individual rights of homeowners, the Homeowner Bill of Rights seeks to redress that imbalance.
