Song Property Probabilities

Whenever a new song is composed, SongSprouter first randomly selects values for song properties such as its tempo and key and the number of beats in each bar and so on.

It also makes random choices for parameters that will affect how it proceeds to compose, such as whether suspended chords are allowed in this song, how much the composing parameters can randomly deviate from their default values, how chords are selected, and a variety of more obscure things.

You can edit the probabilities of all of the possible choices by using the advanced command "Modify Composing Parameters" (W) and then going into its "Persistent Song Properties" child menu. Here are some of the pages in that menu tree.
