Melvin

Melvin flipped on the TV news to see if they covered the demonstration. "Hey, that's me!", he exclaimed as his face suddenly filled the screen. "Damn, if my boss sees this I'm gonna be tossed!" he worried.

Just then, the Earth exploded. Melvin's brain separated instantly into individual particles, and soared through space for billions of years.

Then one day, a few of the particles happened upon another evolutionary process, becoming part of the brain of someone named Lurp. They helped him worry a while.
