A national network of unions, labor councils, labor antiwar committees, and a variety of other labor organizations devoted to immediate withdrawal of all U.S. troops from Iraq and redirection of U.S. foreign policy and national priorites to serve human needs. All the AFL-CIO labor councils in the Bay Area are affiliates, as are a large number of local unions and other organizations. Individuals are eligible to join as associate members for $25/year. Membership, affiliation and other information is available on the USLAW website, which also boasts one of the large news and resource archives about Iraq and Iraq's labor movement on the internet. USLAW maintains close fraternal relations with Iraq's major labor federations and unions.
