One of the most active Atheist-related organizations in the Bay Area. We provide "Friendship, Education & Activism" for hundreds of local atheists. Our efforts for Separation of Church and State issues have included bringing suits in federal court, visiting Washington DC offices of the US Congress, co-sponsorship of a Solstice Tree at San Jose's "Christmas in the Park," protesting the Promise Keepers in Sacramento and Stockton, a non-religious memorial service for the 9/11 terrorist victims, and many other events.
