An Indian-managed, Oakland-based non-profit organization, incorporated as the Bay Area Indian Council. Mission is to provide comprehensive services, resources and advocacy which strengthen and unify Native American families and children. INCFA has five main programs designed to promote family stability and wellness: child abuse treatment, education, child welfare advocacy pursuant to the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA), licensed child foster care, and domestic/family violence prevention, education and counseling.
