Takes over vacant urban buildings to provide shelter for homeless persons and to protest the lack of affordable housing even as much potential housing sits vacant. Believes that human rights (specifically the right to housing) far outweigh property rights. Some takeovers are done openly to educate the public about vacant potential housing.
