An intergenerational organization that works for environmental justice within communities in the United States and the Philippines. We build partnerships through advocacy, education, service, and organizing.
In 2000, FACES launched to seek justice with Philippine communities affected by toxic contamination at former U.S. bases. In 2005, FACES broadened our scope to address transnational environmental justice issues that impact communities in both the US and the Philippines. The Chevron Campaign partners with frontline communities in Manila to pressure the US-based oil company for accountability.
