Latin America program of a national, interfaith, pacifist organization that promotes nonviolent tactics for change among grassroots activists. Organizes delegations and speaking tours, publishes educational resources. Special focus on Vieques, Puerto Rico and Colombia. Operates a peace team in Colombia based in the Peace Community of San Jose de Apartado and in Bogota.
