Purpose is to help the individual and community as a whole by providing a nurturing and supportive environment where an alcoholic and/or drug addict may live as they continue to grow spiritually through their recovery. Many therapeutic approaches or methods can be and will be utilized, one of which is Reality Therapy. Reality Therapy is a method of counseling which teaches people how to direct their own lives, make more effective choices, and how to develop the strength to handle the stresses and problems of life. It is also mandatory that our clients attend a 12-step fellowship such as Alcoholics Anonymous and/or Narcotics Anonymous.
