A strong advocate for protection of Albany's shoreline since the 1980s. We are currently working to stop Magna Entertainment Corp and Caruso Affiliate's Waterfront Shopping Mall planned for Golden Gate Fields in Albany, CA. Instead of the mall development, CAS advocates the acquisition of the GGF property to expand the Eastshore State Park. CAS opposes a waterfront shopping mall as development would prevent state park expansion.
