A coalition that advances policy solutions at the nexus of climate change and sustainable agriculture.

There is an increasingly urgent scientific, economic and social mandate for agriculture to address climate change with boldness and innovation. In California, climate change is expected to cause prolonged and frequent heat waves, drier conditions, reduced water resources and increased pest and disease pressures. These profound challenges to the viability of California agriculture require action. The vision for California’s agricultural future that has long been articulated and modeled by sustainable agriculture provides powerful solutions to the climate crisis.
