Mission is to promote the health and welfare of UCSF Medical Center patients by providing financial support for programs and services to patients which would otherwise not be available.
The Auxiliary has its roots in an auxiliary founded in 1897 as a volunteer and philanthropic organization, serving as a major link between the hospital and the community.
