A grassroots organization that was founded by several longtime community activists in the Visitacion Valley and Bayview/Hunters Point neighborhoods of San Francisco. APACC's mission is to develop, implement, and evaluate programs and services in response to the changing and various needs of our communities. APACC provides bilingual (English/Chinese) information and referral services to non-English speaking immigrants who are new to the area. APACC also offers language assistance, informational workshops, and cultural activities.
