as Protest and Inspiration: Punk, Queer, and Freak Fashion
Saturday, November 14th, 2-4pm
We'll discuss political, environmental, and creative reasons for
dressing uniquely, and how we can effect change through the language
of clothing. The workshop will cover some basic handsewing and
creative patch techniques, and resources for further learning. Please
bring any clothes you'd like to creatively patch. We will have
reclaimed fabric patches available to work on. Clothing in the service
of radical propaganda!

The fee is $10-20 sliding scale, materials included. For more

About the Art as Propaganda Workshop:
Radical Women hosts a revolutionary workshop series that explores the
interconnections between art and activism. Each month we’ll learn a
different skill and history of a radical movement, with an opportunity
for participants to create art for a specific community action. Newbie
and experienced artists and activists all welcome.
