A non-proft holistic health care orginization and a community center. Upaya is dedicated to providing a space for individuals, regardless of income, to come back to community and create more balance in their lives. Upaya provides comprehensive care for body, mind, emotions, and spirit, through a group of skilled doctors and holistic practioners. The Upaya Center also hosts a rich variety of workshops, classes and other events which positively serve the community through education and group support.
