A coalition of community members, churches and government addressing the issue of homelessness in Southern Alameda County. The Coalition has built a full-time shelter and has five other programs aimed at various aspects of the problem of homelessness. Hundreds of individual volunteers and groups that volunteer illustrate the community’s support for this agency, which helps homeless people to economic independence.
