A non-profit educational program of the Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC). The SFCAC provides culturally relevant college preparation information and assistance to low income students or those who would be the first generation of their family to attend college. Students are served in Chinatown/North Beach, Civic Center/Tenderloin, Bayview/Hunters Point, Japantown, Richmond District, Mission, Excelsior, and Visitacion Valley. SFCAC is a California Student Opportunity and Access Program (Cal-SOAP).
