A no-kill shelter dedicated to the welfare of all cats and kittens, and seeking to end needless euthanasia. In pursuit of this goal, we provide low-cost spaying and neutering services to the general public, we rescue cats and kittens from death row at area shelters, we rehabilitate, spay/neuter them, and find permanent loving homes for cats in our care. We also participate in TNR (trap/neuter/release) efforts. Monica Thompson, D.V.M, established the no-kill Nine Lives Foundation, a community-based not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization in December of 2004.
